I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, from the receptionist who went above and beyond to order and deliver food to my room, to the manager who sorted out any issues promptly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the huge bath. And the location was perfect - nestled in a quiet residential area with access to beautiful gardens and convenient WIFI connectivity. Plus, being close to all amenities made exploring the area a breeze.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. I loved the fact that the rooms were so spacious, with a lot of natural light. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. It was a great advantage to have easy access to transport as well.
The WiFi signal in the room was weak, and there was no option to connect to satellite TV. the pool was not maintained well enough, and the water was not inviting.

It was situated in a beautiful garden and provided easy access to the Sandton area and all necessary amenities. the quiet environment lent itself to a peaceful retreat. the service was satisfactory. the room could have been more well-maintained. Though the bathroom was spacious, the plumbing was in need of a thorough inspection. the breakfast was adequate. the lodge offered WIFI connectivity and a sparkling pool.

We had a great city break! The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. We loved the fact that the location was in a secure gated community, giving us peace of mind. we appreciated the easy access to the hotel. The water was hot and the room was clean.
